Once you book and submit all your details we will contact you on the number you provided to confirm the package, size of vehicle and address. Note* the date you put might not be final and theres a possibility we need to reshedule to another date.* We will remind you a day before and confirm your appointment. On the day of we will let you know when we will be on the way. When we arrive we need to know where we will have accsess to water and a outlet. Once we finish with the detail we will let you know and receive payment right there.

Once you arrive we require the keys to your vehicle in case it needs to be moved or if it locks. You will need a ride to pick you up, and we'll shoot you a message 30 mins before we finish so you can have a ride to drop you back off. We will recive payment right there and hand you your keys.
